DOLOREN® Suppository is used to treat:
- Symptomatic treatment of long period of:
- Chronic inflammatory rheumatisms: rheumatoid polyarthritis, ankylosing spondyloarthritis (or Fiessinger-Leroy-Reiter syndrome and psoriatic rheumatism).
- Certain painful arthrosis.
- Symptomatic treatment of short period of acute attacks of abarticular rheumatisms (acute shoulder pain, tendinitis, bursitis), microcrystalline arthritis, arthrosis, back pain, severe radiculalgia.

- Diclofenac sodium salt ……………………. 100mg

Dosage:
- Loading dose: 150mg per day, divided into 2 doses, or 1 suppository of 100 mg to complete with the oral treatment.
- Maintenance dose (or initial dose for some patients): 1 suppository per day, at night before sleeping.
Mode of administration: Rectal route.
STORAGE: Store below 30°C. Protect from light, heat and humidity.
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, epigastralgia, dyspepsia, anorexia…
- Pregnancy: prescription is possible if necessary during the first 5 months and contraindicated after the 6th month of pregnancy.
- Breast-feeding: usage should be avoided.
