Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain a pharmaceutical quality system, ensuring that medical products meet the required quality standards and verifying the compliance and effectiveness of quality system implementation.

Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and sustain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, FDA, ICH guidelines, GDP) and industry best practices.
- Supervise machinery and equipment: Collect data in collaboration with relevant departments, take immediate action, analyze root causes, and carry out corrective and preventive actions.
- Process MT on DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Oversee the calibration and verification processes of equipment.
- Participate in process and product validation activities.
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement initiatives within each department by reviewing SOPs, procedures, etc.
- Monitor and audit various activities.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in 5S evaluations.

Job Requirements:
- A degree in industrial engineering, pharmaceutical studies, food technology, or other science-related fields.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a personality characterized by accountability.
