We are now seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Nurse (គិលានុបដ្ឋាយិកា). 

Position summary: Provide on-site first aid and basic healthcare support for employees in a pharmaceutical and food processing manufacturing plant. Support occupational health programs, health surveillance, and timely referrals while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company SOPs and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid/triage
- Manage sick calls, minor illnesses, and referral coordination
- Support routine health screening and occupational health checks (as assigned)
- Maintain first-aid/medical records and incident documentation
- Conduct/assist with health and hygiene awareness (workplace illness prevention)
- Coordinate return-to-work and follow-up actions with HR/HSE and approved medical providers

Qualifications
- Diploma/BSc Nursing or equivalent; valid nursing license
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in occupational health/industrial setting (preferred)
