QA Executive

We are now seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a QA Officer / Executive.

QA Officer / Executive - JD

1) Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS in alignment with applicable regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, FDA, ICH guidelines, GDP) and industry best practices.
2) Control of medicinal product release and batch record control of import product
3) Response on Deviation, Complaint, Investigation and CAPA under import product 
•  Data Collection with related Dept.
•  To take immediate action.
•  To analyses root causes.
•  To conduct corrective action and propose preventive action
•  Follow up the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action by the due date
4)  Response on supplier and manufacture approval under PPM
•  Raw material
•  Packaging material
•  Reagent and chemical
5) To push on compliance and continue improvement activity of each departments
•  Review part of SOP (policy, procedure, work instruction ect.)
•  Implement of SOP
•  Proactive address risk
•  Monitoring and auditing activity
Identify area for improvement
6) Contribute to team effort, accomplishing other tasks as required by management or the company.
