Training and Engagement Executive

We are now seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Training and Engagement Executive.

Purpose:  
Design and deliver learning programs while supporting employee engagement and providing first-line employee relations support in line with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- L&D: Identify training needs, coordinate/deliver training (onboarding, skills, leadership), manage LMS, track participation, measure training effectiveness.  
- Engagement: Support engagement surveys, action plans, recognition/culture initiatives, analyze feedback, report progress.  
- Employee Relations: Assist managers/employees with HR questions, support documentation/minor cases, escalate complex matters, maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:
- 2–5+ years in HR/L&D or related experience  
- Experience with LMS/training administration  
- Strong facilitation & communication skills  
- Knowledge of HR best practices and professional discretion
