Paracetamol
PANOL® Suppository is used for symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever.
PANOL® suppository of 100 mg:
- Paracetamol ……………..………….………… 100mg

PANOL® suppository of 200 mg:
- Paracetamol …………………………….……… 200mg

Dosage:
- 4 to 11 months: 1 suppository of 100 mg, the dose may be repeated every 6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 4 suppositories per day.
- 12 to 23 months: 1½ suppositories of 100 mg, the dose may be repeated every 6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 4 suppositories per day.
- 2 to 5 years: 1 suppository of 200 mg, the dose may be repeated every 6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 4 suppositories per day.
- 6 to 8 years: 1 suppository of 300 mg, the dose may be repeated every 6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 4 suppositories per day.
Mode of administration: Rectal route.
Instructions for use: With your finger, insert the suppository (pointed end first) into the rectum as far as possible. Hold it in place for a few minutes.
If the suppository is too soft to handle, freeze it in the refrigerator or hold it under cool water for 10 minutes to harden it before removing the wrapper.
STORAGE: Store below 30ºC. Protect from light, heat and humidity.
Associated with the use of suppository: risk of rectal and anal irritation.
